Return Policy

The return will be processed in 7 working days after the delivery and in case for the products needing replacement, the process will be done in 1-4 days . However, if this replacement is financial, it will be processed in 1-3 days.

Steps To Return

1. Contact our customer service to check eligibility from Mondays – Saturdays from 8am to 5pm.
2. Drop your item at our office or pick up points in other cities out of Douala. If delivery was done at home, Quanizone will make arrangements for the pickup at your location.

3. Only products with receipts ( invoices) , accessories , original packaging and in good condition will be accepted.

Reasons for Returns
● Manufacturing defects
● Missing pieces
● Wrong colour, size etc
● Counterfeiting

● Wrong product delivery

NB* It is however important to note that not all products can be returned. For example, products such as; Phone accessories (protective glasses and cases) , Electronics accessories( headphones, chargers, earphones) etc can not be returned. If this return demand is due to problem caused by customer’s negligence or misuse of the product, then a return cannot be carried out. We process only orders made on the official site
